Finally - this is the recipe from Pão de Deus, my favorite breakfast in Lisbon - like steamed noodles with coconut from the bakery, it has to be! Thanks, I would bake that IMMEDIATELY and several times in a row. Kind regards, Christinereply

I should do a Lu’au again, Ahi Poki and Kalua,…. With a campfire and Pani’Popo for dessert ... Oh! Thanks for the inspiration and for being there!
Mmmmhh they look deliciously fluffy, perfect for a summer picnic! I would not only make the pani popo with it, but also coconut mango cupcakes and a delicious coconut curry with mango. When I saw the photo, I immediately thought of steamed noodles ... My favorite dish ... Something similar with coconut? It just has to taste fantastic ... After I happen to have all the ingredients in the kitchen cupboard, I will probably bake today. Thanks for the recipe.
I got so hungry from the pictures of the "Panipopo" (funny name: D) that I would like to bake this specialty with the profit 🙂
I have also made Pani Popo before - and it is soooo delicious so I made so much pouring that the "rolls" at the bottom were nice and moist from the coconut milk ... leeeeckeeeer ...
I would definitely do that again with the profit.
Coconut is really great. I'm also a real fan. I would conjure up Pina Colada sandwiches or a delicious spread.
Have a nice Sunday
I would like to use it to conjure up coconut granola and enjoy it, because I love that. <3 Great raffle and a nice prize I would be very happy about the prize. That's why I try my luck and hope the lucky fairy is now on MY PAGE. Nevertheless, I also wish everyone else - GOOD LUCKreply
Hello Marian, the Panipopo is THE favorite breakfast of my daughter!
The White Sacher and the poppy seed curd tart are my favorite recipes from your great book! Your recipes are always a guarantee of success and they taste just wonderful! Thank you and best regards
I baked the recipe. Unfortunately, the pani popo were already nice and brown at the top, but when I took them out of the mold, they were still doughy and light at the bottom.
I baked these in the middle of the oven. Do you have any advice on how to avoid this? I will definitely bake them in the lower section of the oven next time.
