I haven't been using it for that long, so I can't really say whether it will actually be good for my skin in the end!
So far, I don't intend to use it permanently either!

I always had the advertising in my head and yeah ... then all the stars who advertise it! I just had to test it out myself!

As I said so far, I am very satisfied. But first I only want to use it as a cleaning agent.
Did you still apply your "normal day care" afterwards or an additional one from Proactiv?

to be honest, I don't remember ... it was about 5 years ago .
I used the cleanser, the toner and this gel.
I also believe the oil-free moisturizer from Eucerin - but unfortunately it is no longer available now that was great.
Or maybe it's because I didn't tolerate the products so well . My skin has got too little moisture, or no fat at all, which is not so good either ...
But I think that at the very beginning I also had a cream from them, but it must have totally lost if I didn't use it any further

I also used Proactiv once, after about 5 days I found my skin really great and then 2 days later I got super dry spots on my face and then my face peeled painfully ... Well, it was because I probably didn't have a BPO vetrage ... There are a lot of people who cannot tolerate it ... Better get a tube of BPO gel from the pharmacy first to try it out ... You could then continue to use normal care and not have to spend a lot of money...

I also believe that one should be careful with the BPO!

So far I haven't had any problems. My skin looks really great. I'm always thrilled when I look in the mirror

However, in a few days I will no longer use the Proactiv in the morning and in the evening, but will only switch to one of the two and then switch back to conventional facial cleansing and only use the product every 2 days.

Because as good as I find Proactiv Selution, I don't think that it is good for the skin in the long term (i.e. longer than approx. 2 months).
    Or what do you mean?

Why is advertising now being assumed again?

I'm going to come out now: I think this stuff is great, as well as a number of other things that I try out every now and then, this simple system is my all-time favorite that is always in the bathroom.
And I have often wondered why many beauty forums often do so badly.
