What is the full form of BCG

ON JULY 15 AND 16, 2021

The world of work has really changed since Wilma and Fred Feuerstein. According to archaeological research, Stone Age people had a 4-hour day. 30 years ago it was normal to smoke in offices. And female executives were just as rare as internet connections. The way we work is constantly changing. Why? Because the status quo is questioned again and again. That's exactly what we're doing in the Group, and we've been doing that since 1963. Curious? Then take part in the Group.Factory and find out how our experts at BCG deal with new forms of project work, teaming and tooling in order to create a sustainable working environment.

What exactly can you expect? The first day starts with a discussion on New Ways of Working, in which you will find out what has happened in the group and in daily cooperation with our customers in recent years - and what we are doing as a company to make our work even better and more enjoyable. On the second day you will exchange your personal experiences and your expectations of New Ways of Working with the other participants and the BCGers. Then it's all about - in a workshop with interactive breakouts. In rotating small groups, you will learn about digital and agile tools to improve collaboration and tricks for more mindfulness. And in between you can get to know other participants and BCGers even better at a virtual dinner, a pub quiz or sports sessions and network a little. Doesn't sound like the Stone Age, does it? Welcome to the Group.

In a Nutshell - what you can look forward to:

  • Find out how we promote New Ways of Working in the Group and with our customers

  • Exchange ideas on New Ways of Working and learn about the latest tools and tricks for collaboration and mindfulness in interactive breakout sessions

  • Use the various social parts with BCGler: inside and the other participants: inside to network
